Attorney Chan is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit
Attorney Chan was past president of the Danbury Bar Association. He belongs to various professional associations, including the Connecticut Bar Association, the Danbury Bar Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, Connecticut Asian Pacific American Bar Association, and the Connecticut Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
